Frequently Asked Questions

Q: A lot of your prices are very cheap. Are these games new or used?

A: Our games are used. They work fine and they come with a one year warranty. If u have a problem with anything u purchase from us, just send it back to us and we will fix or replace it.

question

Q: U said your games come with a one year warranty? Does that include consoles?

answer

A: Sure does. Send it back to us if it breaks within a year and we will fix it for u or we will replace the item for u.

question

Q: Wow. I like that. Now, do your games come with original boxes and instructions?

answer

A: Sometimes yes, sometimes no. It depends on what gets traded in. If this is important to u, u should drop us a line before ordering and we will answer any questions u might have. We could even send u a picture of the item if that were important to u.

question

Q: I've been to your store and i am on your website now. I have noticed something strange: The prices on your website are often much cheaper than in your store. Why do u do that? What gives??

answer

A: Calm down, dude. As we all know, the internet is the future of commerce. It's really all u need. We encourage even our local customers to interact with us thru the website. And now, u have a great incentive to do so: save money!

question

Q: But if i walked into your store, u would sell me the game at the price i saw it on the web, right?

answer

A: We would not.

question

Q: Rats!

answer

A: To take advantage of the special website prices, u have to order from the site and have the merchandise shipped to u. It is one of the ways we are promoting the site. And it's a great idea!

question

Q: How much is shipping?

answer

A: FREEEEEEE!

question

Q: How fast is shipping?

answer

A: FAAAAAAST!

question

Q: Ok... U guys are weird but funny.

answer

A: Thanks.

question

Q: That wasn't a question. It was a comment, so u should not have answered. Anyway, i have stuff to trade in. How does that work?

answer

A: U should begin by emailing or calling us letting us know exactly what it is that u have. we will give u an estimate based on what u tell us. Most people trade in their older games to get newer items from our store. We encourage u to do that. In the event that u prefer cash for your games, let us know and then we'll work out some sort of a money deal. Once we reach a tentative agreement, we will ask u to send us the items that u have. We will then fulfill our end of the deal once we have examined your trade-in. The system works pretty well. Just drop us a line or give us a call.

question

Q: Why should i trade my games in to u guys when i can just put them on ebay?

answer

A: Because i will burn your face with scalding water! Look, dude. We are flexible. If we need your items, we will try to give u what u want for them.
One of our mottos is: "Go get your best price and we'll beat it!" It's a good motto. And remember, we're FAAAAAAST!

question

Q: Sounds good, but why do u spell "you" with just a "u"? I've noticed that all over your site. What are u guys trying to do? Stand out or something?

answer

A: U are very stupid.

question

Q: HEY! i passed 2nd grade before the age of 12! But what happens if u can't fix my ps2 or xbox console? Let's say if the parts aren't available or something. What happens then?

answer

A: If we can't fix your console, we will replace it with another unit for the same price. The technicians make that decision once they examine your machine. Sometimes it makes more sense to fix it, and other times it makes more sense to swap it out. We'll gladly do whichever one better serves your needs.

question

Q: How does the space shuttle get into space? That beast is HEAVY!

answer

A: To lift the 4.5 million pound shuttle from the pad to orbit (115 to 400 miles) above the Earth, the shuttle uses two solid rocket boosters, three main engines of the orbiter, the external fuel tank and the orbital maneuvering system on the orbiter. The solid rockets provide most of the main force or thrust needed to lift the space shuttle off the launch pad. The main engines provide the remainder of the thrust equal to more than 375,000 lbs each, at sea level. The engines burn liquid hydrogen and liquid oxygen, which are stored in the external fuel tank. It has two separate tanks inside, the forward tank for oxygen and the aft tank for hydrogen, separated by an intertank region. When these two substances come in contact, they ignite and burn like hell! I'd rather drink Tang from my couch on Earth, my brother!

question

Q: Me agrees! U guys are mad smart! Thanks!
